If anyone still reads my journal and don't see me on those other sites, I'm just gonna link some things and then put pics of who I cosplayed. o/

- ALA 2015 recap (which boiled down to: I had fun and felt very cute during those days!)
- First part out of the four different pages that have my ALA pics (Lots of Marvel, lots of me, and a smattering of other things)
- The Tumblr tag that has all of those other things (Plus extras like other people's snazzy photos and pics of me doing a photoshoot with my friend as Chuck and Ned from Pushing Daisies)

Okay, I typed up a review on Tumblr so I'm just gonna copy-paste it here cuz I'm lazy

Oman I had SO MUCH FUN. This was my first time at this con, so I was much more relaxed about things, even though I was trying out new costumes. Basically, I was there to hang out with titillatingtubist (from now on referred to as Sara H) (Ilu) and cosplay terrible things partnered with her and without her. Our most concrete plans were to hit the DC photoshoot and the Marvel photoshoot, but that was about it.

Hi guys, sob. I'm mostly on Plurk and Tumblr nowadays cuz I can't be arsed to make full posts when nothing huge is going on in my life. I hope things are going well for everyon!

New things that're up with me:
- Graduated with a Masters in Education \o/
- Trying to find a job as a teacher aide or something similar, to get more experience
- Going to Anime Expo this weekend (when I haven't finished all my costumes, sob)
- Gonna be in China for a large chunk of July and August, I'm gonna die from the heat
- Kinda lazing about nowadays, when not reading fics

Anything new with you all? Anyone else going to AX this year?

Off to a con for the weekend! Will be in Long Beach with Soubi, Llama, MikaMika, and Sarith_Mcgregor. Anyone need us, just text me, if you've my number.

Internet will be there but I'm fairly sure I'll be too busy making my own fun with people to actually get on my computer (not to mention all the homework I should have done, sob).

But no really, I'm ridic jealous because this is apparently the year when almost everything/everyone I'm interested in is going. Lemme give you a list of just some of the things I will be missing out on:

- CZ12 (NEW JACKIE CHAN MOVIE)

Less dramatically, to the people who are going, I hope you have tons of fun. To the people who don't get to go but also want to see those panels, let us drink to our despair. And by drink, I mean mutter invectives into whatever choice of beverage you have (mm, apple juice).

Edit: Oh of course there's also gonna be a Firefly thing going on too.

So, I'm gonna be at AM2 from this Thursday to Sunday (14-17)! This doesn't necessarily mean I'll have no internet, cuz I've got a shiny new tablet to play with, but it's a definite probability. Mostly cuz I'll be hanging offa people like a baby koala, but nowhere near as cute (hi MikaMika and Rui hi).

Dammit!!! I just realized that I have the perfect hair for Bolin (from Legend of Korra) right now and I can't do ANYTHING with it cuz Sakuracon is in less than 2 weeks and I'm still fucking around with Gian's clothes! And don't tell me to blitz the whole costume in the time I have left, because I'm a newb at making costumes and all my "teachers" are either outta town or haven't the time. Ffft.

I am so pissed off at my past self for not noticing how awesome this could've been.
